For over 30 years, we’ve been breeding and training dependable dogs that change lives. Our program is built on experience, structure, and a deep connection to craft.

Our History

A Legacy of Service

For years, this program bred and raised dogs alongside the nonprofit Pawsitive Action Service Dogs, placing hundreds of dogs at no cost with veterans and first responders across the country. What began in Central Florida grew into a program based in York, South Carolina — built on the same values that guide it today: health, temperament, and purpose in every pairing.

In 2025, that chapter came to a close. Norma Ross continues the breeding and training program under Goldadors of York, carrying the same standards forward — now through direct placement with families, service-dog handlers, and first responders alike.

Formerly Golden Labradors of York + Pawsitive Action

Formerly Golden Labradors of York — You may know this program as Golden Labradors of York. Same breeding lines, same hands-on approach, same commitment — now under the name Goldadors of York. In Partnership with Pawsitive Action — For many years, this program worked alongside the nonprofit Pawsitive Action Service Dogs, placing dogs at no cost with veterans and first responders nationwide. That partnership has since concluded, and Goldadors of York continues the mission of purposeful placement directly.
